About Groovy Baby
Who We Are:
Our motto: shop ethical, shop pre-loved and shop small.
In our online shop, you can find items for the whole family. Groovy clothes, bright colours and never boring. Our collection is all handpicked and produced by ethical and sustainable fashion brands.
Our clothes include pieces from organic clothing lines such as Alba of Denmark, Moromini, Maxomorra, Slugs and Snails and Duns of Sweden and Alba of Denmark. A selection of the best, non-fast fashion brands.
Here at Groovy Baby, we don’t believe in buying an entire new wardrobe every season. Instead, we practice shopping for high-quality pieces that are kind to the planet and that will last not only for one child but to be passed on to the next to child when they outgrow.
Pre-loved clothing can sometimes be found for sale in our Facebook group. We also invite you to become part of our amazing community by joining our Groovy Baby Facebook Chat group.
We hope that you like what we sell and your feedback is always welcome.

A Little Groovy Baby History:
It all began with a love for sustainable slow fashion, vintage clothing and using our clothes to spread smiles!
Sat upon a lovely little road full of independent shops, Groovy Baby was once a brick and mortar shop. It started up in Leigh On Sea, Essex (once voted the happiest place to live in the UK!) in 2005 and is now brought into homes all around the world due to its digital switch.
We sell a complete mish-mash of things – if it’s groovy. If we like it, we stock it!
About The Founder:
Chrissy is the owner of Groovy Baby. Wife to one and mum to two children. She is always keen on doing her own bit as well as encouraging others to love and preserve our planet.
You can find her doing just this at one of her pop ups, when shopping from small businesses herself or tending to her own veg in the garden, baking with the kids and educating them on the benefits of sustainable clothing.
She has always been a huge fan of all things 60s and 70s and without those groovy decades Groovy Baby would never have been born!
